Hitchhikers mimick being a part of the client, but they're not...not really.  Sometimes, they're just a fear or belief picked up from someone else, but other times there might actually be an entity attached and what to do. Hint: they aren't necessarily meaning to cause problems.  

When you only know "part" of the story...

Most therapeutic trainings teach practitioners how to identify a part, dialogue with it, transform it, and move on.

And sometimes that works beautifully.

But sometimes the issue persists. The symptom returns. The behavior shape-shifts. The client understands everything consciously and still cannot seem to create lasting change.

That is because "parts," i.e., ego and resource states, are merely a model...and sometimes the "part" isn't internal. We are working with an entire system of consciousness, and that system is often far more layered, sometimes sneaky, and multidimensional than conventional therapeutic methods account for.

Do I have to be a certified hypnotherapist to attend?

No. This class is designed for practitioners in hypnosis and adjacent fields.

Can this be used for self-help as well as client work?

Yes. While it is extremely valuable for practitioners, the method can also be applied as a personal tool for greater self-understanding and change.
